SYNCROOM B2B: prevent returning the peer audio
These are general checks, not model-specific compatibility certification. Start at low volume and change one setting at a time.
Signal path
- Own DJ → send interface input → peer
- Peer → interface output → local monitor
- Do not return peer audio to send input
Check in order
- Separate send (your DJ only) from local monitoring (you plus peer); keep received audio out of the send input.
- A physical option sends DJ output through interface LINE input to SYNCROOM while received interface output feeds separate monitoring.
- Returning peer audio to a DDJ-1000 channel and sending its master returns the peer; use a separate send bus excluding that channel.
- FLX4 is not an external-stereo-LINE-input mixer; do not assume a spare channel can accept peer audio.
- With your DJ stopped and only the peer playing, your send Input should stay quiet; inspect loopback/return routing if it moves.
- If unresolved, record models, OS/app versions, OUT-to-IN routing, the last responding meter and comparison results in the support note.
Own Input receives no signal
- Check interface/app input before networking; distinguish self-column from Input meters.
Peer routing, doubled audio or noise
- Verify local capture, then separate send, receive and monitor paths.
If unresolved
Record hardware models, OS/app versions, the last responding meter and test outcomes for official support. Do not infer hardware failure or a purchase requirement from unverified checks.
