SC6000: Layer A/B appear on different channels
These are general checks, not model-specific compatibility certification. Start at low volume and change one setting at a time.
Check in order
- Check the active and playing layer; this player supports two independent layers.
- Connect the independent A/B outputs to separate mixer LINE channels and record the mapping.
- Play each layer alone and watch mixer meters; screen selection alone does not identify physical wiring.
- Match analog/digital output standards to the destination; network sharing is separate from audio mixing.
- If unresolved, record models, OS/app versions, OUT-to-IN routing, the last responding meter and comparison results in the support note.
Track/USB loading fails
- Preserve drive/originals first and identify hardware/Desktop versions.
Playback works; output/mode differs
- Separate the playing layer, standalone/computer mode and physical outputs.
If unresolved
Record hardware models, OS/app versions, the last responding meter and test outcomes for official support. Do not infer hardware failure or a purchase requirement from unverified checks.
