Video and DJ audio are out of sync
These are general checks, not model-specific compatibility certification. Start at low volume and change one setting at a time.
Check in order
- Record a visible clap; judge the saved file rather than a live monitor.
- Determine which arrives late and rule out duplicate audio/video paths.
- If audio leads, add a small audio sync offset in OBS and retest; if audio lags, review video delay/routing rather than blindly adding audio delay.
- If drift grows over time, inspect device sample rates and system load instead of relying only on a fixed offset.
- If unresolved, use the support note below to record hardware, OS/app versions, last responding meter, tests and outcomes for official support.
