SYNC still drifts or aligns the wrong beat
These are general checks, not model-specific compatibility certification. Start at low volume and change one setting at a time.
Check in order
- Check grid lines against kicks near start and end; distinguish constant offset from accumulating drift.
- For constant offset adjust grid origin; for drift inspect BPM/spacing, including half/double tempo detection.
- Back up analysis, adjust one track and compare a loop with a metronome; do not force variable-tempo music into a fixed grid.
- Streaming-quality changes can shift cues/grids; consult the FAQ and retest before a gig.
- If unresolved, use the support note below to record hardware, OS/app versions, last responding meter, tests and outcomes for official support.
I found a difference from a working path/track
