Headphones work, speakers are silent
These are general checks, not model-specific compatibility certification. Start at low volume and change one setting at a time.
Check in order
- Lower speaker volume. Trace MASTER OUT to speaker LINE IN; distinguish this from headphone outputs or two inputs connected together.
- Check channel then master meters. If only the channel moves, check its fader, crossfader assignment and master level.
- If master meters move, check speaker power, input selector and mute. Passive speakers require a suitable amplifier.
- Lower levels before substituting a known-working cable. Test one side at a time and record where audio stops.
- If unresolved, use the support note below to record hardware, OS/app versions, last responding meter, tests and outcomes for official support.
I found a difference from a working path/track
- Change one candidate at a time; retain the working configuration and compare the same track.
