Packing and changeover checklist
These are general checks, not model-specific compatibility certification. Start at low volume and change one setting at a time.
Check in order
- Separate venue-supplied and personal equipment; confirm models, connections and quantities.
- Check music, headphones, required compatible cables and power accessories.
- Agree on changeover and soundcheck with the organizer. Follow hardware instructions for connecting or disconnecting.
- Physically verify venue models, backup USB, headphones/adapters and cables. Agree active/spare channels with staff before changeover.
- Record original settings, change one thing at a time and compare the same 30 seconds. Avoid updates or resets during a gig.
- If unresolved, record hardware, OS/app versions, trigger and test results in the support note. An untested step is not proof of a fault.
If unresolved
Record hardware models, OS/app versions, the last responding meter and test outcomes for official support. Do not infer hardware failure or a purchase requirement from unverified checks.
