Transitions or EQ feel wrong
These are general checks, not model-specific compatibility certification. Start at low volume and change one setting at a time.
Check in order
- Note the timestamp and whether level, low end, timing or track order bothers you.
- Record a short section with the same two tracks, changing one factor.
- Compare at the same listening level. This checklist does not diagnose an individual mix without listening.
- Record two similar-tempo tracks over 16 bars; assess beats, phrasing and bass separately. Compare handing over bass rather than boosting both at once.
- Record original settings, change one thing at a time and compare the same 30 seconds. Avoid updates or resets during a gig.
- If unresolved, record hardware, OS/app versions, trigger and test results in the support note. An untested step is not proof of a fault.
If unresolved
Record hardware models, OS/app versions, the last responding meter and test outcomes for official support. Do not infer hardware failure or a purchase requirement from unverified checks.
