Track reports file not found

Secure backups of originals and the library before formatting, deleting or overwriting.
Check in order
- Check moved files, external-drive names and cloud-only state; do not delete collection entries first.
- In rekordbox use File > Display All Missing Files, then relocate the entry to the correct original.
- Match filename and duration to avoid relocating to a different edit; check cues on one track first.
- Relocation cannot recreate a missing original; check backups and purchase-provider redownload options.
- If unresolved, use the support note below to record hardware, OS/app versions, last responding meter, tests and outcomes for official support.
If unresolved
Record hardware models, OS/app versions, the last responding meter and test outcomes for official support. Do not infer hardware failure or a purchase requirement from unverified checks.
