Hot cues or loops disappear or land incorrectly

Check in order
- Distinguish Hot Cue and Memory Cue; recall buttons and support vary by player.
- Verify file and grid, then test whether quantize changes cue placement on one track.
- Re-export in the correct library format after computer edits, safely eject and reload on the target player.
- When importing USB edits back to the computer, verify the official update direction to avoid overwriting with stale cues.
- If unresolved, use the support note below to record hardware, OS/app versions, last responding meter, tests and outcomes for official support.
