No headphone cue
These are general checks, not model-specific compatibility certification. Start at low volume and change one setting at a time.
Check in order
- Separate speaker output from headphone monitoring.
- Check the channel CUE selection, headphone level and cue/master blend against the unit manual.
- Check plug size, type and seating. Try an appropriate supplied adapter before buying another.
- Select only the target channel CUE, blend toward CUE and raise level gently; distinguish computer and hardware headphone sockets.
- Record original settings, change one thing at a time and compare the same 30 seconds. Avoid updates or resets during a gig.
- If unresolved, record hardware, OS/app versions, trigger and test results in the support note. An untested step is not proof of a fault.
If unresolved
Record hardware models, OS/app versions, the last responding meter and test outcomes for official support. Do not infer hardware failure or a purchase requirement from unverified checks.
