USB drive not readable on a player

Check in order

- Check supported file systems and required library format in the official guide; requirements vary by player.
- Back up originals and the library before formatting or conversion. Do not format as the first step; test on the venue model in advance.
- Identify the venue player first. File-system and library support differ by model; do not universally prescribe FAT32 or exFAT.
- Record original settings, change one thing at a time and compare the same 30 seconds. Avoid updates or resets during a gig.
- If unresolved, record hardware, OS/app versions, trigger and test results in the support note. An untested step is not proof of a fault.
If unresolved
Record hardware models, OS/app versions, the last responding meter and test outcomes for official support. Do not infer hardware failure or a purchase requirement from unverified checks.
