djay + FLX4: controls work but master/cue are silent
These are general checks, not model-specific compatibility certification. Start at low volume and change one setting at a time.
Check in order
- Check platform support; Bluetooth MIDI control does not establish USB audio output.
- Use the data-capable computer/device USB port, not the power-only port; check mobile power/adapter requirements.
- Inspect main/pre-cueing device and distinct channels in Audio Devices; connect speakers/headphones to FLX4.
- Test main then cue separately; identical connector shapes do not guarantee data-capable cables or adapters.
- If unresolved, record models, OS/app versions, OUT-to-IN routing, the last responding meter and comparison results in the support note.
Hardware not recognized
- Check platform support, USB data and power first.
Controls work but audio fails
- MIDI and audio are separate; inspect main and pre-cue routes.

Record hardware models, OS/app versions, the last responding meter and test outcomes for official support. Do not infer hardware failure or a purchase requirement from unverified checks.
