djay + Reloop Buddy: mobile setup and cue
These are general checks, not model-specific compatibility certification. Start at low volume and change one setting at a time.
Check in order
- Use the official Setup Guide to distinguish mobile, computer and power USB connections.
- Verify platform/app, adapter and power requirements; LEDs alone do not prove audio-device recognition.
- Connect master to the sound system LINE input and headphones to Buddy; inspect main/pre-cue routing.
- Cue one deck at low level and distinguish its preview from master; a normal headphone splitter is not DJ split-output routing.
- If unresolved, record models, OS/app versions, OUT-to-IN routing, the last responding meter and comparison results in the support note.
Hardware not recognized
- Check platform support, USB data and power first.
Controls work but audio fails
- MIDI and audio are separate; inspect main and pre-cue routes.

Record hardware models, OS/app versions, the last responding meter and test outcomes for official support. Do not infer hardware failure or a purchase requirement from unverified checks.
